Qualified retirement plans are joining the ranks of complex programs for employers. Vendor and brokerage fees are often times unreasonable and fiduciary responsibilities are very real. As with medical care plans, the design of retirement plans requires professional guidance and thoughtful deliberation on the part of the client.

Our Qualified Plans team is completely independent and objective in vendor evaluation; we have no axe to grind with any vendor. Applying a best practices approach to plan monitoring and documentation ensures our client programs meet their compliance requirements and fiduciary obligations. Led by our Vice President, Qualified Plans Consulting, the team manages programs and vendors to support our client’s overall corporate strategy.
